This one-on-one coaching process is designed for individuals who are ready to explore their inner world through the lens of myth, symbol, and archetype.

  • Together, we’ll explore:

    • The dominant archetypes influencing your decisions, self-concept, and relationships

    • The inner figures (e.g., the Orphan, Warrior, Sage, Lover) that form your personal mythos

    • Symbolic patterns showing up in dreams, creative blocks, emotional struggles, or spiritual longing

    • Your personal "hero's journey"—where you’ve been, what you’re carrying, and what’s calling you forward

    • Ways to work consciously with these archetypes as guides, protectors, or shadow figures

    Each session is tailored to your needs and may include life exploration, creative reflection, dream work, or symbolic inquiry.

This one-on-one, asynchronous coaching offering is designed for individuals who are ready to explore their inner of archetypes—but prefer the spaciousness of receiving a thoughtful, personalized reflection they can revisit in their own time.

  • You’ll submit a written reflection or set of questions describing where you are in your life, what's feeling stuck or alive, and any themes you’re curious to explore. I’ll then create a personalized 20–30 minute pre-recorded audio offering archetypal insight, symbolic interpretation, and reflection drawn from Jungian, mythological, personality, and depth frameworks.

  • With the Dream Revealing™ audio service, you’ll submit a written description of one dream along with any questions or context you'd like me to consider.

    I’ll then create a personalized 15–25 minute pre-recorded audio offering insights, symbolic interpretations, and reflections based on the dream’s imagery, mood, and potential messages.

  • This dream reflection includes:

    • Symbolic and archetypal themes present in your dream

    • Exploration of personal, mythological, and psychological motifs

    • Gentle suggestions for journaling, integration, or creative reflection

    • Reflections on how this dream might relate to your current life chapter

  • This service is ideal if you:

    • Had a recent dream that felt meaningful, puzzling, or emotionally charged

    • Want to explore your inner world in a contained, non-therapeutic space

  • No dream is too small, strange, or fragmented. Often, the seemingly simple ones are rich with meaning. If you’re worried about the length of the dream, feel free to include two dreams, indicating the dream you are prioritizing, and if there is enough time I will explore them both.
