Designing a Life That Fits™
For people who have outgrown the life they've built.
I help thoughtful people create a life that fits who they are now—with greater authenticity, meaning, and purpose.
You don't need to start over.
You may simply need a life that reflects who you've become.
does this sound familiar? You might recognize yourself here…
• You've grown past a career, relationship, city, or role that once fit
• You feel caught between who you've been and who you're becoming
• You keep encountering the same patterns and aren't sure how to move beyond them
• You feel disconnected from purpose, meaning, or direction
• You're navigating a major transition and questioning what comes next
• You want a life that feels like a better fit with who you are now
You don't have to know exactly where you're headed.
Sometimes the next chapter begins simply by becoming curious about what no longer fits.
You Understand Yourself Better Than You Used To.But understanding yourself and creating a life that truly fits are not always the same thing.
This work helps bridge the gap between insight and action.
Who I Work Best With
This work may be for you if you:
Are navigating relocation or life transitions…
and feel caught between who you've been and who you're becoming
Feel disconnected from purpose, fulfilment, or direction...
○ and want greater clarity about what comes nextKeep encountering familiar relationship patterns...
and want to understand yourself differently within them
Are drawn to deeper frameworks…
like archetypes, schemas, or the Enneagram—and want to actually apply them to your life
Hi, I’m Rebecca Steele
I help people navigate life's transitions with greater clarity, authenticity, and purpose
Many thoughtful people spend years building a life that makes sense on paper.
A career.
A relationship.
A lifestyle.
A version of themselves.
Then something begins to shift. What once felt right no longer does. The life they've built isn't necessarily wrong. It simply no longer fits.
Through self-understanding, identity development, meaning-making, and intentional life design, we'll create clarity about who you are now and how you want to live moving forward.
If you're here, something in you may already know it's time for a new chapter.
It’s an honor to meet you at this turning point.
A meaningful life is shaped one intentional choice at a time.
Welcome to…
a deeper way of seeing yourself
In a world that often asks us to define ourselves through titles, roles, performance, or productivity, my approach invites you to look beneath the surface.
Together we'll explore the patterns, values, motivations, and deeper questions that will help you make choices reflecting who you're becoming.
Let's pay attention to the life that's trying to emerge.

You don’t need more insight alone.
You need integration
Self-understanding is powerful. But meaningful change happens when insight begins to shape how you live, choose, relate, and move through the world.
If you're ready to better understand yourself, navigate a transition, or intentionally design a life that feels more aligned, I'd love to support you.
This work is for people who are ready to go deeper, get specific, and create meaningful change.

No. Coaching and therapy have different purposes.
My coaching is designed for people who are psychologically healthy enough to focus on growth, direction, identity, and creating a life that feels more aligned with who they are.
Rather than treating mental health conditions, we'll explore questions like:
What kind of life actually fits me?
What's getting in the way of living it?
How do I make decisions that feel true to who I am?
With a background as a therapist, I bring psychological depth to my coaching, but our work stays focused on growth rather than mental health treatment.

A life that fits isn't about finding a perfect life. It's about creating a life that reflects who you genuinely are—your values, strengths, needs, interests, and way of moving through the world—rather than one shaped primarily by expectations, fear, or habit.
For some people that means something big like changing careers. For others it means approaching relationships differently, reconnecting with creativity, moving somewhere new, or simply making everyday decisions with greater intention.
The destination looks different for everyone because the goal isn't to become someone else—it's to become more fully yourself.
-
That's completely okay—in fact, it's where many people begin.
Most clients come to coaching because something feels off before they can fully explain why.
You might feel restless, disconnected, or as though you've outgrown parts of your life without knowing what comes next.
You don't need to arrive with a perfectly defined goal.
Together, we'll create space to understand what's emerging beneath the surface and gradually build greater clarity about what fits for you.

Many coaching approaches focus primarily on goals, productivity, accountability, or optimizing performance.
Before deciding what to do next, I believe it's important to understand who you are, what matters most to you, and the patterns that may be shaping your decisions without your realizing it.
Drawing from psychology, the Enneagram (if interested), existential thought, and years of therapeutic experience, our work combines deep self-understanding with practical life design so that the right shift or change feels sustainable—not like you're forcing yourself into someone else's version of success.
-
Both. Reflection without action rarely creates meaningful change. At the same time, action without self-understanding often leads people further away from themselves.
Our work moves between insight and implementation.
As your understanding grows, we'll translate those insights into practical decisions, experiments, and next steps that help you design a life that's increasingly aligned with who you are.
