You’re not stuck. You’re patterned.

Understand Your Patterns. Change How You Show Up.

Depth coaching for women navigating identity, dating, and relationship patterns — and ready to move differently

This is about your desire for belongingness

The Belonging Pattern™

A FREE 3-part series exploring the orphan, helper, and scapegoat archetype patterns — and how they shape identity, relationships, and self-worth.

You’re starting to see the pattern—but it’s not shifting

You feel stuck in patterns that aren't changing — even when you understand them.

This work helps you move beyond awareness—so you can actually respond differently.

Who this work is for

This work is for women who:

  • Feel exhausted by modern dating and relationships…

    • and want something more mutual, steady, and aligned

  • Are navigating relocation or life transitions…

    • and notice familiar patterns following them

  • Are drawn to deeper frameworks…

    • like archetypes or the Enneagram—and want to actually apply them to your life

Hi, I’m Rebecca Steele

I offer depth coaching for women looking for belongingness — within themselves and in their relationships.

Together, we explore the patterns and dynamics shaping your life and what needs to shift.

  • My work is collaborative and insight-driven, helping you access clarity you can actually use.

  • At its core, this work supports a stronger sense of self, clearer boundaries, and relationships where you feel valued and truly belong.

  • If you’re here, something in you is ready for a change.

It’s an honor to meet you at this turning point.

It is time to realize you can become freer.

The Patterns You May Recognize in Yourself

Most women I work with recognize themselves in one (or more) of these patterns—often before they fully understand them.

emotional orphan

Learned to handle emotions alone. Finds it hard to rely on others—longing for connection, but unsure how to trust it.

helper

Feels responsible for others. Overextends, often at the expense of their own needs.

scapegoat

Carries blame or emotional burden. Often feels misunderstood, “too much,” or not enough.

Welcome to…

a deeper way of seeing yourself

In a world that often asks us to define ourselves through titles, roles, performance, or productivity, my approach invites you back to something older, wiser, and far more intimate:

your patterned, symbolic life.

I’m here to help you see the patterns and structures that shape your life — so you can meet them with clarity, compassion, and choice.

Patterns can change when we understand them.

Does this sound familiar?

You might recognize this:

• You keep encountering the same relationship patterns

• You understand what’s happening — but still feel stuck

• You notice overthinking, people-pleasing, or emotional loops

• You want clarity, but also real change

You’re ready to respond differently…

Frequently Asked Questions — A Few Things You Might Be Wondering

  • This is coaching, not therapy.
That said, my approach is depth-oriented and draws from many of the same frameworks I use in therapy—like schema patterns, attachment, and archetypal work.

Rather than treating mental health conditions, coaching is about helping you understand your patterns, shift how you relate to them, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Some people work with me alongside therapy. Others come to this work after therapy, when they want to continue exploring and applying what they’ve learned.

  • You don’t need to.

A lot of people come in with a vague sense of:

“Something isn’t working, but I can’t quite name it.”

    That’s enough.

Part of the work is learning how to see your patterns more clearly—whether that’s through archetypes, relational dynamics, or the roles you tend to take on.

You’re not expected to arrive with insight. You develop it here.

  • I tend to work with people who are self-reflective and wanting to go deeper.

    That often includes:

    • People drawn to personality systems like the Enneagram, and wanting to go beyond surface-level insight

    • Expats or digital nomads working through identity, belonging, or transition

    • Those who notice patterns in relationships, self-worth, or decision-making that keep repeating

    • People navigating OCD patterns

You don’t need to fit into a specific category.
But if you’ve been trying to understand yourself on a deeper level, you’ll likely feel at home in this work.

  • Both—but not in a rushed or formulaic way.

This isn’t about quick fixes or being told what to do.
But it’s also not endless exploration without direction.

We work to understand your patterns clearly, and then shift how you relate to them in real, practical ways—so the insight actually translates into change.
