My Approach

There are plenty of consultants who will tell you exactly what to do.

That's not how I work.

I believe the strongest businesses grow from a deep understanding of who you are, how you think, and the work you're uniquely suited to offer.

My approach combines practical strategy with curiosity, reflection, and careful attention to the themes that run through your work.

Rather than handing you a formula, I help you discover the through-line that already exists—and build from there.

A meaningful practice is built with intention, not imitation.

Why This Work Matters to Me.

I didn't set out to build the kind of practice I have today by following a blueprint.

Like many therapists, I spent years exploring different interests, approaches, and ways of working. Along the way, I realized that the practices I admired most weren't built by copying someone else's business model. They reflected the personality, values, and curiosity of the person behind them.

Over time, I found myself drawn to creating work that felt increasingly authentic: writing long-form articles instead of relying on social media, developing specialized areas of practice, building resources that continue to help people long after they're published, and allowing my interests in psychology, philosophy, and depth work to shape my brand.

Today, I enjoy helping other therapists and coaches do the same. Not by giving them a formula, but by helping them recognize the themes, strengths, and ideas that already exist in their work—and building a practice around them.

Looking back, I realize I wasn't just building a private practice—I was gradually building a way of working that felt like home.

Why Work With Me?

Alongside over twelve years as a psychotherapist, I've intentionally built a specialized private practice through long-form blogging, thoughtful SEO, intentional branding, and a commitment to creating work that feels meaningful rather than performative.

Rather than relying heavily on social media, I've focused on creating evergreen content that helps people discover my work through search while building a practice that reflects my values and interests.

My background spans psychotherapy, coaching, writing, philosophy, and depth psychology, giving me a perspective that bridges both clinical insight and creative strategy.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer clinical supervision?

No. My consulting focuses on practice development, branding, blogging, SEO, and business strategy rather than clinical supervision.

Do I need to be an established therapist?

Not at all. I work with therapists and coaches at various stages, from those building their first practice to those looking to evolve an established one.

Will you build my website or write my blogs for me?

No. My role is to provide strategic guidance, feedback, and recommendations so you can create work that reflects your own voice.

Can coaches work with you as well?

Yes. Although much of my experience comes from psychotherapy, many of the principles we explore apply equally to coaching businesses.

Investment

Because every project is different, consulting is customized to your needs.

Reach out with a brief description of what you're looking for, and I'll recommend the most appropriate format and provide pricing before we book.

The goal isn't to look like every other therapist. It's to become unmistakably yourself.

Your Practice Is More Than A Business. It's A Body Of Work.

Every website, blog, offer, and conversation contributes to something larger than a business. Together, they become an expression of how you think, what you value, and the impact you hope to have.

You don't need to have every detail figured out.
You don't need a perfect niche or polished brand.

You simply need a willingness to become curious about the kind of work you're here to create.

If you're ready to build that body of work with greater clarity, coherence, and intention, I'd love to help.
