You can feel that something is on the horizon.
Maybe you've outgrown a stage of life.
A career.
A city.
A role you've been playing for years.
Maybe you've done a lot of personal growth already.
You've read the books.
Taken the personality assessments.
Listened to the podcasts.
Collected the insights.
And yet, something still feels unresolved.
You may find yourself asking:
Is this the life I actually want?
Why do I keep repeating certain patterns?
What am I missing?
What comes next?
How do I create a life that feels more like my own?
Designing a Life That Fits™ is a coaching experience for people navigating the space between an old chapter and a new one.

You Don't Need More Information.
You Need Integration.
Many people arrive at coaching with a collection of insights but no clear path forward.
They understand their patterns intellectually.
But they haven't yet translated that understanding into meaningful change.
Designing a Life That Fits™ is a structured coaching experience that helps you move from self-awareness into intentional action.
Together we explore:
Who you are
Who you are becoming
What truly matters to you
How to create a life that reflects those values
The goal is not to become someone else, but to become more fully yourself.
the processWhile every coaching relationship is unique, our work generally unfolds through four interconnected phases.
Rather than following a rigid curriculum, we'll move between these areas based on your goals, your questions, and what emerges through our conversations.
Self-Understanding
Understand yourself more clearly.
Every meaningful change begins with understanding.
Together we explore:
Patterns that shape your decisions and lifestyle
Core values
Motivations and blind spots
Personality (Enneagram)
Identities we take on (Archetypes)
The more clearly you understand yourself, the easier it becomes to make decisions that fit.
Identity Development
Clarify who you're becoming.
Many people come to coaching because an old identity no longer fits.
Whether you're navigating a major transition or simply sensing you've changed, this phase explores who you're becoming and what kind of life will support that version of you.
Meaning-Making
Make sense of your experiences.
Growth isn't only about deciding what comes next. It's also about understanding the experiences that shaped your journey.
Together we explore:
Major transitions
Significant life experiences
Internal conflicts
Personal values
Purpose and fulfillment
As your experiences begin to make more sense, clarity often follows.
Life Design
Intentionally create a life that fits.
Once clarity begins to emerge, we focus on intentional action.
This may include:
Career decisions
Boundaries
Lifestyle changes
Relocation
Creative pursuits
New directions
Together, we begin intentionally creating a life that reflects who you are now.
Areas We Can Explore Together.Clients commonly seek support in the following areas:
Purpose, Fulfillment & Career
Exploring meaningful work, career transitions, burnout recovery, purpose, and the desire to create a life that feels more aligned.
Life Transitions
Navigating periods of change such as career shifts, relationship changes, relocation, reinvention, or major life decisions.
Expats, Travellers, & Digital Nomad Living
Exploring identity, belonging, freedom, stability, and the challenges that often emerge when creating a life beyond conventional expectations.
Enneagram & Self-Understanding
Using the Enneagram and other self-awareness frameworks to better understand motivations, patterns, strengths, blind spots, and opportunities for growth.
Midlife & Identity Transitions
Exploring the questions that often emerge during midlife, including changing priorities, evolving identity, shifting definitions of success, and the desire to create a life that feels more authentic and meaningful.
Boundaries & People-Pleasing
Learning to identify your needs, communicate more clearly, reduce resentment, and create healthier dynamics with others.
Personal Growth & Reinvention
Supporting individuals who feel called toward deeper growth, greater authenticity, and the next chapter of their personal evolution.
You don't need more insight alone. You need integration.
Why Designing a Life Matters to Me.I created Designing a Life That Fits™ because this isn't just work I believe in—it's work I've lived.
For much of my own life, I've been drawn to questions like:
What do I actually want? What matters most to me? What kind of life would genuinely feel like mine?
I've spent years exploring those questions, not just intellectually, but practically. Through the choices I've made about my work, relationships, travel, creativity, and the way I spend my time, I've come to see that a meaningful life rarely happens by accident. It is something we intentionally shape over time.
As someone who identifies as both a Highly Sensitive Person and an Enneagram Type 4, I know what it's like to long for a life that feels deeply authentic rather than simply successful or expected. I also know how easy it is to lose sight of your own desires beneath expectations, responsibilities, and the roles you've learned to play.
That's one of the reasons this work means so much to me. I don't believe life design is about creating a perfect life. I believe it's about creating a life that reflects who you are and what really matters to you.

Frequently Asked Questions About Designing a Life That Fits™

It means creating a life that reflects who you are becoming—not simply continuing the one you inherited, adapted to, or built for other people.

This work is for people navigating identity shifts, questions of purpose, major life transitions, or the feeling that they've outgrown the life they've built. Some people come because they can already see their patterns. Others simply know something isn't working. Either way, coaching begins where you are.
-
Coaching focuses on self-understanding, intentional growth, and applying insight to present and future choices. While my background as a therapist informs how I think about patterns and change, coaching is not psychotherapy and is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

No. These are tools, not prerequisites. Some clients love personality systems and symbolic frameworks. Others have never explored them before. We only use what is genuinely helpful.
